Mother Nature in May in the garden of Bruyères du Mont.

The particularly wet weather at the beginning of May is very favorable to the garden.

In 2 or 3 weeks, all the trees in the garden have found their soft green foliage.

Except in the driveway leading to the house, the tamarisk (tamaris anglica) arched port with frail branches and very elongated with light foliage. This fake conifer has an abundant and very cheerful flowering of a more or less bright pink appearing before the leaves.

The trees closest to the house are several decades old and are in perfect health. You can enjoy a
rest in the shade under their thick foliage during the next summer months. Near the garden room, the oak you will bring some freshness if needed.

Next to the Chausey room, a bench is installed under the walnut tree. When autumn comes, we enjoy harvesting its nuts we then keep for the making of many cakes.

In front of the terrace of the house, a hundred-year-old lime tree, magnificent and imposing, shelters a multitude of enchanting birds.

A little further, heading towards the entrance to the vegetable garden is the umbrella pine that has grown well in recent years.

At the entrance of the "field", we planted 8 years ago, 2 cone-shaped hornbeams, you will see while directing you a little further 2 plane trees, a weeping willow, a sweetgum, an apple tree and a maple. At the end of the property: a prunus the straight and cylindrical shaft seems to caress the sky as it grows rapidly.
