Fresh fruit salad with tea and rose
Full of vitamins for your breakfast
Use organic fruit preferably, your fruit salad will be more fragrant.
- 2 oranges,
- 3 clementines
- 2 bananas
- 2 apples
- 4 kiwis
- 4 figs
- 1 small handful of raisins
- 1 small handful of walnut kernels
- 10 pieces of candied ginger
- prepare an infusion (1/4 of l) with dried rose petals (infuse 10 mn)
- prepare 1/2 l of citrus-flavored green tea, add 150 g sugar "rapadura"
- After cooling, mix the 2 herbs, add the raisins, figs and ginger. Let stand 1/2 h.
Add all the peeled fruits and cut into small pieces. Finish with walnut kernels.
- Let rest a few hours before eating.
