For your hikes and walks in the Bay of Mt St Michel

Ideally located 100 meters from the GR®22 hiking trail, we always welcome hikers
who can make a step before joining Mont Saint-Michel.

From the Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris to Mont Saint-Michel, the miquelots (pilgrims to Mont Saint-Michel) furrow the countryside to join the Merveille.

This hiking trail is one of the best known and proves to be an extraordinary journey through the Paris region before joining the Valleys of Avre and Charentonne. The fauna and flora are incomparably rich in these landscapes dotted with mills.

It is then the Orne and its regional natural parks that will delight walkers before arriving in the South Channel where you can finally discover the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel and the Wonder of the West.

Facing the largest bay in Europe, dominated by the shadow of Mont Saint-Michel, you will be amazed by the spectacle
natural constant clouds and the sea which give its colors so particular to the Bay. The hike is the
best way to discover, at your own pace, in complete freedom, the variety of the landscapes of the Channel.

Practical information for a hike up to 44kms between Mont Saint-Michel and Donville-les-Bains, May 24, 2015

Grand course 44 km. Departure from Mont Saint-Michel at 8:00 to Donville.Middle course 32 km. Departure from Saint Jean the Thomas at 10:30 to Donville. Small course 24 km. Departure from the cabin Vauban Carolles at 11:30 to Donville.
