I always take a real pleasure in preparing them carefully by choosing good natural ingredients and quality. Often before leaving the breakfast table, you want to have the recipe. Here is the Breton cake, I call it because I add a little buckwheat flour.

The Breton cake

- Ingredients for 8 people:

- Melt the butter in the oven

- Preheat the oven to 175 °

- Mix 2 eggs and 2 egg yolks with sugar, add the melted butter, add the sifted breeze and the yeast. Do not worry too much work the dough, it must have a sanded appearance.

- Pour the dough into the baking pan, spread with a brush on the dough the last egg yolk mixed with a little warm water and draw braces with a fork.

- Put in the oven for about 40 minutes.

This cake is kept for several days wrapped in parchment paper.

All you have to do is enjoy it.

The important thing is to choose a butter of excellent quality, you can also stuff it with applesauce or
prunes.
